2) ipdx in The Vanguard (Portland State University campus paper)
The April 1 edition of "The Vanguard," the campus newspaper of Portland State University, published the article "Intersex Patients Demand Equal Rights" written by Taylor Barnes. Thanks, Taylor! You can read the article at:

3) Register for Intersex Studies at Portland State University
Yes, now you can register for "Intersexuality: An Interdisciplinary Exploration," the summer course offered by the Department of Women's Studies at Portland State University. This is the second course of this kind, and will be taught by myself. The class will take place four times a week for four weeks starting June 23. For more information, please see:

4) Speaker's Handbook Now Online
If you missed the Speaker's Bureau training, you can still obtain a copy of "A Speaker's Handbook for Intersex Activists & Allies" designed for people who wish to present about intersex issues. While the handbook is not a substitute for the actual training, we realize that many people live too far or are too busy to attend our training. You can now read most of the handbook online at:
http://www.ipdx.org/speakers/handbook/
We are also making the "Speaker's Packet" (consisting of the handbook, training schedule, brochures, and other materials) available for a donation of $10. Send to Emi Koyama/ipdx, PO Box 40664, Portland OR 97240 (sorry, we don't have a business account for ipdx yet).
